Normal After Treatment:
∙ Tenderness for 2-3 weeks is normal
∙ Some swelling and bruising may occur
Do:
∙ Use gentle skincare products
∙ Sleep on your back (avoid sleeping on face)

Don’t:
∙ Touch or massage the treated area
∙ Sleep face-down
For minor bruising take Arnica supplements as directed and concealer makeup is okay after the first day.
Call Immediately If:
∙ Bruising becomes MORE painful each day
∙ You notice any concerning changes
